The REACH Women's Conference inspires professional women to REACH UP in their careers, REACH OVER to each other, and REACH BACK to champion the next generation of women in the workplace.
In 2012, Salem Academy and College launched the North Carolina Triad's first Women's Conference. At the College's request, the REACH Women's Network has re-imagined and renamed this ground-breaking event, with the goal of recognizing, encouraging, advancing, and connecting professional women in our community.
REACH's second conference will take place on April 26, 2022 in Winston-Salem, NC.

A small group of diverse professional women began meeting together in Winston-Salem in August of 2017. What started as a safe place to seek counsel and encouragement evolved into a team of collaborators committed to improving the lives of women in the workplace. In 2018, the group became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called the REACH Women's Network.
MISSION:
The REACH Women's Network seeks to advance economic development and promote gender equality by elevating the collective voice and influence of professional women.
In pursuit of this mission, the REACH Women's Network aims to strengthen the vitality, creativity, productivity and sustainability of our workplaces, our economy and our community.
